All machinery and equipment qualify for Free Standard Freight Shipping. For heavy equipment such as car lifts, ride mowers, and pinball cabinets, freight delivery includes curbside service with hydraulic liftgate assistance at no additional cost.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Freight Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination.
• Carrier Tracking: Tracking numbers and carrier contact details are emailed within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

3. Delivery Inspection & Receipt

Prior to delivery, the freight dispatcher will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment window. Please inspect the pallet and crate upon arrival and note any visible carton damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to signing.
